There is only one target in my long break which is to reduce 6 kilograms !
Can i do it ? Eh.. I will try my best to reduce it..
First of all, I have to keep jogging everyday and at least go for jugra once a week !
Second, breakfast just only can eat oat; lunch only can eat half bowl; dinner just only can see five bites!
Third, make sure that I remind myself to feel hungry !.
This is to prove that I m hungry for slim and health life.!
Okies??
promise everyone, I try to reduce my weight at least 4 or 5 kilograms !
